Why give?

  • Keep Boys Dancing — Tuition‑Free

Your support fuels our tuition‑free boys’ scholarship so more boys can experience the confidence, commitment, and camaraderie that dance builds—without cost standing in the way.

  • Access for Every Child

Scholarships and sliding‑scale aid keep doors open for families facing hardship, so kids don’t have to step away from the art they love.

  • Unplug & Belong

Classes replace scrolling with moving. Students trade stress for music, friends, mentors, and goals.

  • Grow & Reach More Kids

Your generosity helps us expand facilities, add classes, and increase outreach—bringing high‑quality arts education to more children in our community.

  • Support their Health & Well-Being

Dance isn’t just art—it’s exercise, discipline, and self-expression all in one.
    Your gift helps children:

  • Local impact

Your gift directly supports children in our community.

Kids Can Dance x South Mountain Performing Arts

Keep Our Kids Dancing.

Kids Can Dance, a 501(c)(3) organization, is the nonprofit arm of South Mountain Performing Arts (SMPA). Together, we make sure every child—no matter their family’s finances—can step into the studio, feel safe, and grow through dance.

Why this matters now

The world is loud. Screens never stop. In our studios, kids unplug—on purpose.
They learn focus, discipline, teamwork, and joy. For many, this is their safe place.

But with families feeling the financial squeeze, more students need help to stay in class. That’s why Kids Can Dance exists.

Our Goal: $30,000 to Keep Students Dancing

Help us meet this season’s need so no child has to hang up their shoes.

Your Impact:

  • $100 → One month of classes for a dancer

  • $250 → Costume + performance fees for a child

  • $500 → Half a semester of scholarship support

  • $1,000 → One full season for a dancer

  • $2,500+ → Expands boys’ scholarship capacity & outreach

Every gift matters. One pair of shoes, one month of tuition, one child who stays.
