Since 2007, Tempe Dance West, now South Mountain Performing Arts has provided outstanding technical training in a positive and fun environment. Your kids have a great time, while our faculty focuses on developing important life skills like positive self-image, dependability, responsibility, respect and teamwork.

  • “Mr.Michael is excellent with the kids in dance class. The way he keeps their attention and does their routine at the same time seems almost impossible at this age. We have a 3 and 4 year old in his class and I’m grateful to see that even the wiggly kids that can’t follow directions get spoken to without a harsh tone but instead corrected by redirection and no hard feelings. I would definitely recommend this class. Our kids love it!”
